Just wondering if there is a way to get the 4th ruby for the special item. I had just recently finished the new player calendar gifts so not sure if I had claimed one yet but only have 3 in my bag. Or it was new player goof and I sold it thinking it was just a regular gem, so my bad then.

Want to say how much I've already grown to love the game in the short time I've been playing and how much I enjoyed the livestreams. It was nice to see the people behind the game as well as the little insights into the makings. Thank you again!
My best guess is that perhaps you had already acquired the first ruby, and it is in a separate stack elsewhere in your inventory.

Wow Otters, you ROCK! Days early...it was like Christmas when I signed on...I was like, where did this stuff come from..LOL! Did we get the outfit? I didn't se that...I hope so! You guys are just soooo wonderful, thank you so much! Now get the crown shop fixed so I can spend some money for you!

Hello, Everyone,

We have just implemented the Compensation Plan for all players! Thank you to our fantastic community for all of your support during the two weeks when our game servers were down! We hope these rewards will fairly compensate you all for the loss of play time, as well as the emotional distress it caused. :)

A couple of important things to note:
  • The Highwayman outfit is not a part of this package, and will be given to players during the new expansion.
  • We have already defined active players as any player who has played since January 1st, 2019. However, for technical reasons, we also had to add a further limitation which is an "Active Character". This means certain characters on your account may get the rewards while others may not. We have defined this as any character that was at least one of the following on February 13th (the date of the last backup):
    • Level 3 or higher in combat skill.
    • OR Level 10 or higher in any gathering, crafting, or village skill.
    • OR Has performed any rebirth.
  • Players with characters on multiple servers, will receive the calendar rewards so long as at least one character on that server is β€˜Active’ as per the rules laid out above (One character per account per server.)
  • The Legendary Gear chests will expire on April 1, 2019. Players do need to open them before then, and be sure to choose wisely which character you would like them to go to.

All items were automatically sent to your inventories. So if you had full bags, please be sure to check your Overflow Bag. (Crowns were automatically added to your balances.)

Please Note: Calendar Rewards were sent to the first character listed in account ID's.

I'm with Kaya on this, I thought all of the rewards was going to go to my main charater, till I seen the rewards go to all of my other charaters too. Thank you otters so much, I love all the compensation gifts in my inventory. :D :love:

I thought I wasn't going to be able to complete the amulet either but I have, its probably in your vault somewhere?

Thank you for the compensation gifts, very glad to be a part of this wonderful game :)
One question, the soulbound 1 hour village xp pots are not stacking with my ardent society, is this how they are meant to be or a bug/ oversight?

The outfit will come free when the expansion is released, but who knows, they may surprise us with it earlier than we expect ;)
