Hello, i just log to my account to find that my caracter as been deleted (no big deal) and i lost the purchase of my bag and vault space (150 crown)
Can you guy help me plz.

Hi, FuriousFerret. First question -- did you log onto the correct server? Second question -- when did you make the account?

Hi, FF. Hmm, well, that is strange, since we certainly do not delete accounts, and you made yours well before the rollback. Was it a mobile Quick Play accountant by any chance? At any rate, please submit a Customer Support Ticket to support@madottergames.com and be sure to include your in-game character name, server, and the email you registered your game account with in it, and we'll get you sorted out. (Needless to say, you will be reimbursed for any missing purchased items.) Thanks.

Hi, FF, it looks like your ticket was answered on March 11th. (And I've updated it just now for you.) Is it possible that it went to your Spam folder?
